You can use Hybrid on your Windows, Mac, or Linux-powered machine for free to convert pretty much any audio and video file you want. The application will convert the input to x264, Xvid, VP8 and AC3, OGG, MP3, AAC, FLC inside an MP4,M2TS, MKV, MOV, AVI container.

As mentioned above, Hybrid is available for multiple platforms: Microsoft’s Windows operating system, Apple’s Mac OS X, and open-source OS Linux. Getting Hybrid up and running on a PC is a very simple process: download an installer, run it, and then follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard.
